Last night, while we were watching the DVD of Gilda that I had given Sue for Christmas, I finished the following homage to 1960s TV show Green Acres. Rita Hayworth bears no responsibility for influencing the results.

Green Ichors is the pond for me.
Toad spawnin' is the life of me.
Land spreadin' out so far and dead
Keep old Arkham, just give me that country dread.

R'lyeh is where I'd rather flay.
I get lethargic when I slay.
I just adore a madhouse view.
Dah-ling, I love you, but lock me in dark venues.

...The spores.

..Beast's lair.

You know, I've often wondered about people who names their homes, and what is a good way to come up with a name for a home.

Green Ichors. Might have to put that on my list. With proper credit, of course.

Actually, it is not really green but a color that is from Outer Space that our frail human brains perceive as green lest they go mad.
